PACIFIC BUILDING TRADE SHOW BY THE AIA/CSI

As a benefit to our Signatory Active and Associate/Supplier Members, the Board of Trustees of the Tile Contractors Association of Hawaii would like to invite you to participate in the 2010 Pacific Building Trade Show by the AIA/CSI. The show is scheduled for Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at the Hawaii Convention Center Exhibition Hall.
In 2009, we were able to secure our membership booths in one pavilion and showed a stronger presence for our industry with thirteen booths. The TCAH was also the Grand Prize Sponsor which will provide the association with an advance booth reservation opportunity for the 2010 expo.
The Tile Contractors Association of Hawaii is offering to cover half the cost of one 10’ x 10’ standard booth that has a rental fee of $895.00 to $1,445.00 based on location and whether your company is an AIA/CSI member. Booths fees are slightly less for AIA/CSI members.

Procedures:
- Your company must be a member of the Tile Contractors Association of Hawaii for a minimum of TWO CONSECUTIVE YEARS.
- TCAH will collect half of your booth fee once your space reservation is confirmed with the AIA/CSI. We will inform you of the deadline to do so and will send you details on the show.
- Checks will be made out to the Tile Contractors Promotion Fund
- TCAH will submit the payment and booth reservations to the AIA/CSI at one time to ensure that the booths are together to create a tile pavilion.
We value your participation as a member of the association and we hope that you will be able to participate in the AIA/CSI show. We believe that with a unified effort, our industry will become a key participant at the show.
